Most installations occur within five working days of order confirmation. We coordinate a convenient time for equipment setup and user training.

Is there a minimum contract period?

We ask for a three-month minimum commitment to allow proper setup and adjustment. After this period, services can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

What happens during a power cut?

Our base units include battery backup lasting up to 24 hours. Mobile devices operate independently of home power supply.
